We are going to spend several hours training alongside and with those whom sign up and commit to being here. Your body must respond to the stimuli, and gaining muscle will be the result when proper nutrients and recuperation is adhered to.
When you implement these things that we will be presenting in these classes you will in fact reduce fat, get stronger, become larger or tighter with more muscle, even more detailed, and it can be done without having to eat massive amounts of food that has incorrectly always been assumed.
Always raise the quality of the fuel we term food or nutrients, not the quantity, this is crucial to the prosperity and longevity of our bodies and minds.
This is several decades of knowledge about the Iron game, as my foundation was formed by absolute World Champions such as the entire Labrada family, Big Chris Kadlecek, to Craig Titus, or even to Mike Mentzer and his work whom I studied constantly in my twenties.
We will train, and at the end of the sessions answer any questions along with addressing what we see in each of you when performing the exercises while making suggestions or corrections to get you closer to your goals.
